The third The Maritime Standard Tanker Conference, which takes place on 16th October at the Atlantis hotel on the Palm in Dubai, has been able to attract a panel of exceptionally high quality speakers. These include executives from leading tanker operators, finance companies, ports and terminals, classification societies and technical service providers.
