Drydocks World delivers strong performance in 2025
Drydocks World emerged as one of the standout performers within the DP World portfolio last year, with the group’s Marine Services revenues rising 12.9% to US $4.6 billion. The strong performance was largely driven by growth at the Dubai shipyard, particularly through momentum in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) activities and offshore energy projects.
Capt. Rado Antolovic, PhD, Chief Executive Officer, Drydocks World, commented: “Over the past year, our teams have delivered projects that demonstrate the scale, expertise and ambition of our organisation, from completing the FPSO Baobab Ivorien refurbishment and life extension project, to securing the contract for the world’s largest floating LNG facility in Mexico, delivering FPSO Emem in support of Nigeria’s offshore energy infrastructure growth, and advancing sustainability through initiatives such as the Global Green Shipyard Alliance.”
He added: “Projects of this magnitude require extraordinary teamwork. Engineers, planners, technicians, project managers, support teams and many others all play a critical role in delivering complex work safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Looking ahead, our focus remains clear – operational excellence, safety and collaboration across the business. By continuing to prioritise these fundamentals, we will support our customers, strengthen our capabilities and position Drydocks World for continued growth.”
