Record Nine-Month Financial Results for ADNOC L&S in 2025
ADNOC Logistics and Services (ADNOC L&S) has announced record-breaking financial results for the first nine months of 2025, underscoring its continued momentum in global energy-related maritime logistics. During this period, the company’s revenue surged 39% year-on-year to US $3,705 million (AED13,605 million), while EBITDA rose by 30% to US $1,123 million (AED4,125 million). Net profit reached US $631 million (AED2,317 million), marking a 9% increase compared to the same period last year.
A strong performance across all core business segments – shipping, logistics and services – reflects ADNOC L&S’s strategic expansion and operational excellence. Captain Abdulkareem Al Masabi, CEO of ADNOC L&S, said: “This is our strongest nine month performance since listing, alongside outstanding quarterly results. We are expanding capacity, capturing value-accretive opportunities, and reinforcing our position as a global leader.”
ADNOC L&S continues to forge key partnerships and long-term agreements to strengthen its integrated logistics portfolio. The company signed a US $531 million (AED1,950 million), 15-year logistics agreement with Borouge, and more recently, ADNOC L&S and TA’ZIZ entered a 50-year agreement to establish the UAE’s first dedicated chemicals port at the TA’ZIZ Industrial Chemicals Zone in Ruwais – a milestone that will support the nation’s downstream and industrial growth strategy.
Fleet expansion has remained a priority, with the delivery of two newbuild LNG carriers, Al Rahba and Al Reef, alongside Gas Yongjiang and Gas Minjiang, the first two of nine Very Large Ethane Carriers (VLECs). Operating under a 20-year time charter, the VLECs are projected to generate US $4 billion (AED14.7 billion) in long-term revenue, reinforcing ADNOC L&S’s position as one of the world’s fastest-growing shipping and logistics providers.
As part of its digital transformation strategy, ADNOC L&S has implemented the GCC’s first AI-powered Smart Port Solution, reducing service sourcing time from three hours to just 45 seconds, saving 3,000 hours annually and increasing jetty utilisation by 20%. Further enhancing its Integrated Logistics Services Platform (ILSP), the company has introduced double-stacking of containerised cargo units and a fleet of newly redesigned containers, increasing cargo capacity by up to 40%, improving vessel utilisation and reducing port handling time.
