Milaha reports higher revenue and operating profit in first nine months of 2026
Qatar Navigation (Milaha) has achieved higher levels of both income and profitability over the first 9 months of the year, according to recently released figures. Operating revenues of QR 2.619 billion compared to QR 2.458 billion for the same period in 2025, while the operating profit of QR 546 million compared to QR 516 million for the corresponding months of 2025.
Milaha Maritime & Logistics’ bottom line increased by QR 175 million compared to the same period in 2025, driven by strategic vessel redeployment changes and favourable industry-wide freight rates for its container shipping unit, as well as increased project cargo movements and the establishment of land bridge corridors by its logistics unit. This more than offset weaker performance from Milaha’s joint venture port operations.
The Milaha Gas & Petrochem division, however, reported a QR 142 million decline in net profits, while Milaha Offshore’s net profit decreased by QR 104 million compared to the same period in 2025, as a result by the impact of the regional conflict on operations and reduced engineering project activity. Similarly, Milaha Marine & Technical Services reported a QR 30 million decline in net profit compared to the same period in 2025, again mainly due to reduced levels of operations and disruptions linked to the regional conflict.
