OOCL is enhancing one of its key services between the Far East and India. The China India Express 3 (CIX3) operation will now include port calls to Xingang and Busan and will strengthen network coverage directly, connecting significant ports in China, India and South-East Asia.
The revised rotation will include Xingang, Busan, Shanghai, Xiamen, Hong Kong, Shekou, Singapore, Colombo, Nhava Sheva, Pipavav and Port Kelang.
A statement from OOCL said: “Together with our existing CIX1 and CPX3 products, the new CIX3 will further strengthen our comprehensive service network between China, India, Pakistan, and South-East Asia to provide competitive supply chain options and flexibility to customers.”
CIX1 connects Shanghai, Ningbo, Shekou, Nansha, Singapore, Port Kelang, Karachi, Nhava Sheva, Colombo, Laem Chabang and Shanghai, while the CPX3 rotation covers Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Singapore, Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Port Qasim, Karachi and Singapore.
