LogiPoint, which operates a network of integrated logistics parks and a bonded and re-export zone in Saudi Arabia, is all set to expand its investment base in the Kingdom by building up capacity and broadening its presence and range of services in 2020.
The company says it is witnessing high levels of demand for its warehousing solutions, both for pre-built and tailored facilities. To meet this requirement LogiPoint plans to invest to acquire around 55,000m2 of additional warehousing space, while also investing in new logistics parks at various locations across Saudi Arabia. It will also complete investments in its existing logistics park facilities in Modon, Jeddah.
The company has furthermore recently signed a long-term agreement with Aramex, a global provider of logistics and transportation solutions. This involves the construction of purpose-built logistics facilities for Aramex’s Western Province operations.
