
ADNOC L&S delivers record full-year profitability in 2025
ADNOC Logistics and Services (ADNOC L&S) reported record full-year financial results in 2025, underlining its continued growth as a global shipping, maritime logistics and offshore services provider. The Abu Dhabi-based company posted revenues rising 41% year-on-year to US $5,016 million (AED 18,422 million), while EBITDA (calculated as earnings before income tax, finance costs, finance income, depreciation and amortisation) increased 32% to US $1,515 million (AED 5,562 million). Net profit also climbed 14% to US $863 million (AED 3,169 million), reflecting strong performance across the shipping, offshore logistics and integrated maritime solutions sectors.
Captain Abdulkareem Al Masabi, CEO of ADNOC L&S, said: “The past year has been a pivotal one for us We further enhanced our customer centricity, achieved record financial results and created significant value for our shareholders. ADNOC L&S grew across all segments, diversified into new verticals and accelerated its international expansion. With the acquisition of Navig8 we elevated ADNOC L&S from a regional powerhouse to global sector leadership.”
The current year is reported to have started positively, with the company receiving an additional boost from the recently completed sale of ADNOC L&S’ 2017-built VLCC Leicester for US $111 million (AED 408 million). The sale price exceeded prevailing market levels and the vessel’s US $83 million (AED 305 million) book value, highlighting favourable tanker market conditions and effective asset management. The transaction is expected to generate a capital gain of US $27 million (AED 99 million), supporting ADNOC L&S’ ongoing fleet renewal strategy and investment in modern, efficient vessels aligned with long-term maritime sustainability and performance objectives.
