
Following a detailed due diligence review by Ethixbase360, a specialist in third party risk management, the Dubai-headquartered GAC Group has received a Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) credential and verified compliance report. ESGmetrics is shaped by global standards, legislation, and business critical goals across environmental, social and governance risk areas. It provides immediate assurance of organisations’ commitment to transparent and sustainable business practices.
Ethixbase360 conducted an extensive due diligence exercise covering GAC’s legal structure, reputation screening, company policies, cybersecurity, training and its workforce, supply chain, environmental management. This included an assessment of how the group implements its policies and processes related to bribery and corruption, sanctions and watchlists, money laundering, modern slavery, labour practices, privacy/information and cyber security, health and safety and the environment.

The report noted GAC’s reporting mechanisms for anonymous complaints and ethics concerns, as well as its approach to staff welfare with the provision of trained Mental Health First Aiders.
Ethixbase360’s review also noted transparency and ethical, sustainable sourcing in the company’s supply chain, including third party suppliers and subcontractors which are assessed and approved through the online GAC Supplier Vetting System.
